Once you order is placed throughout our website or Instagram Page, Depending on your location, it can take around 2 to 7 working days.
One of our team will contact you directly through your WhatsApp number to confirm your order, Also you will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched with the courier.
Once the courier receives your order he'll get in touch with you to confirm the best time for you to receive the order.If anything encountered you with the courier or if you face any problems don’t hesitate to contact us through the Instagram DM or the WhatsApp number.The cost of shipping within Alaxandra is 35to 50EGP,  Cairo, shipping costs range from 75 EGP .
